Worship & Proclamation

Purpose of the Council:
The purpose of the Worship & Proclamation Council is to lead congregants into the presence of God through weekly worship experiences and encourage worship as a lifestyle. The Worship & Proclamation Council will provide opportunities for service to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through sound, video projection, TV, ordinances of worship, and hospitality. The Council will provide leadership, coordination and support for all areas of proclamation and worship.
 
Teams within the council seek to offer service and support for worship experiences.

Teams will provide support for worship by . . .

• Beginning a database of gifts and talents of those who attend Forest Hills.
  • Areas of interest are drama, monologues, creative writing, musical talents, and other arts.
• Working with the Discipleship and Nurture Council to promote daily lifestyle worship.
• Providing training in the area of video projection.
• Expanding outreach in the pastoral area.
